In 1976, the United States issued a set of 50 stamps each portraying a flag of one of the states. This First Day Cover is for the Ohio state flag. The cachet features.

This stamp was issued by the Marshall Islands, located in the Pacific Ocean. It was produced and printed for the Marshall Islands by Fleetwood, who also (surprisingly!) designed the cachet (image on the left of the envelope) for the stamp below.
